Jeremy Bennett - Aviation Expert and Business Leader

With a distinguished career spanning over 33 years, Jeremy Bennett has been deeply involved with fixed and rotary wing aircraft, serving in diverse capacities across various countries and the United States. For the last 5 years, he served as the Lead Pilot, flying EMS Helicopter in North Carolina. He amassed over 1,000 patient flights and 1,400 flight hours spent in the EC-145 and EC-135 helicopters. As a seasoned UH-60 pilot, engineering test pilot, and maintenance manager for the past 26 years in various countries, Mr. Bennett has gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of aircraft operations, maintenance, certification, and training for both fixed wing and rotary wing fleets.

 

Throughout his career, Jeremy Bennett has collaborated closely with multiple military units and civil companies, showcasing his expertise in operating the H-60/S-70 in diverse missions. His executive-level experience encompasses a comprehensive understanding of mission profiles, second and third order impacts on fleet management, and strategic planning for future aircraft deployment. This acumen enables him to serve as a trusted advisor to foreign ministers of defense, offering experienced insights into optimizing aircraft operations and fleet management.

 

Mr. Bennett's professional development includes attending the prestigious U.S. Army Aviation Maintenance Manager's course in 2002, followed by the UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot Course. Armed with this training, he has administered maintenance programs for various aircraft, ranging from small units with 8 UH-60 aircraft and 40 maintenance personnel to larger units with over 50 dissimilar aircraft and 150 maintenance personnel.

 

With a solid background in the aerospace research, development, test, and evaluation industry spanning 15 years, Jeremy Bennett is a type-rated pilot in both UH-60 and H-46 aircraft. He has proven his expertise and agility as a qualified and experienced maintenance test pilot and engineering test pilot in multiple aircraft, making him adept at comprehending the certification requirements for customer-desired modifications and base configuration adjustments.

 

Jeremy Bennett's exceptional leadership skills were exemplified during his tenure as a Program Manager for the Army's Directorate of Simulation, where he effectively managed the Army's extensive inventory of flight and ground simulators for various aircraft types worldwide. He ensured these critical training devices remained up-to-date and aligned with the real fleet.

On July 15, 2015, Mr. Bennett founded HeliHSV, LLC, headquartered in Huntsville, AL. HeliHSV was an enterprise committed to providing services to foreign nations, U.S. companies, and public entities. The scope of services previously offered included procurement, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of fixed wing and rotary wing assets, as well as comprehensive training, operations, and maintenance planning, catering to any mission requirement. The knowledge, contacts, and overall experience gained in operating this business is key to topping off his continued success in the aviation industry.

 

Mr. Bennett is a distinguished alumnus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics. In addition, he holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in Auburn, AL, further amplifying his prowess as a skilled business leader.

 

Jeremy Bennett has recently accepted the position of Director of Programs/MTP H-60 for our company, Nebraska ARMES Aviation (NAA). He will oversee many upcoming projects and contracts acquired by NAA and help to further the upward rise our company is currently on.  Mr. Bennett's unwavering commitment to excellence, extensive expertise in aviation, and visionary leadership make him a true professional in the industry, continuously shaping and elevating the future of aviation operations.
